As a native of the Midwest, Nick has always believed in the values that were embedded in his upbringing: strong work ethic, integrity, humility, and helping others.
He founded True Valley with the goal to acquire and grow a business for the long-term. He is excited to partner with an owner looking to transition their business to a like-minded individual whose greatest strengths and passions are in alignment with his. Prior to TVP, Nick was a management and technology consultant for Deloitte Consulting.
He holds degrees from the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and University of Illinois’ Gies College of Business.

2. Face-to-Face Meeting & Indication of Interest
In-person conversation to further discuss the goals and future of your business. If we are aligned, we will request company financials to get a range estimate on a market valuation
3. Additional Information & Letter of Intent
Once we have a mutual understanding on the value of your business, we may request additional information ahead of submitting a formal Letter of Intent that discloses our terms
4. Terms of Agreement & Final Diligence
Conversation on final price (e.g., equity & debt structure, seller financing, etc.) Once we have agreed upon terms, we will move efficiently through diligence (legal, accounting, IT, etc.) to ensure transparency and accuracy is maintained in the transaction
5. Closing & Celebration
Once we reach the finish line on diligence, we will sign the final documents, wire the funds, and celebrate! An executive transition plan will be created for seamless leadership transition to ensure protection of you and your company’s reputation
